Stage 4 of the Paznauner Höhenweg: 17.6 km with about 1,310 m of climbing from Ischgl past the Rauher Kopf, past the Berglisee and down through the Lareinalm to Galtür. Parts of the path are graded as demanding mountain hiking, so sure footing is needed.
