A 2.7 km climb of about 450 m from the Erfurter Hütte, at the top of the Rofan cable car above Maurach, to the Hochiss at 2,299 m, the highest summit of the Rofan. The path climbs rocky slopes; the summit looks over the Achensee and the Karwendel.
