Trail description
A 3.6 km climb of about 640 m from the Nassfeld on the Italian border to the Gartnerkofel at 2,195 m, the highest summit of the Carnic Alps east of the pass. The meadows below are famous for the Wulfenia, a rare blue flower that grows only here and in the Himalaya. The summit looks over the Gailtal and the Julian Alps.
