Mount Lofty Summit from Waterfall Gully

Trail description

A 3.9 km climb of about 440 m from Waterfall Gully past First and Second Falls, the Chinamans Hut ruin and Wilsons Bog, through Cleland National Park to the summit of Mount Lofty and the Flinders Column. Mount Lofty, 710 m, is the highest point of the southern Mount Lofty Ranges, about 15 km east of Adelaide. The summit looks over the city and the Adelaide plains.
