Trail description
A walk from the road west of Dzorashen along farm tracks over the high grassland of the Shirak plateau to the Trchkan waterfall and back. At about 23 m it is one of the tallest waterfalls in Armenia, and it became a protected nature monument in 2011 after protests stopped a hydropower plant. The water is highest in May and June.
