Hors to Kishlak

Trail description

A Transcaucasian Trail stage in Vayots Dzor from the village of Hors to the ruined village of Kishlak. A livestock trail climbs the mountainside above the valley, then follows an open ridge among junipers, wild almonds and thorny bushes. It drops past a haymaking meadow to cross the river, and ends with an easy 2 km walk along a quiet valley to the fields of Kishlak. About 7 km, with a few steep and eroded sections.
