Gomk to Akhta Ghost Village

Trail description

A walk on old dirt roads from Gomk in Vayots Dzor to the ruins of the abandoned village of Akhta. It can be done out and back or extended onto the Berdakar and Kapuyt loops, with many spots to camp. Gomk has no shops or cafes, and the nearest amenities are in Vayk. About 9.5 km and 3 to 4 hours.
