Trail description
A hard loop of about 10 km from the resorts of Aghveran into the Tsaghkunyats mountains, a volcanic range between the Pambak mountains and the Hrazdan river. The trail climbs along the mountainsides from Kotayk into Aragatsotn province to Tsaghkunyats Lake at about 2,450 m, then returns to Aghveran on the other side of the valley over different terrain. Allow about 5 hours, and expect shepherd dogs near the lake in summer.
