Trail description
A 1.3 km walk on the paths at the Salto Encantado falls, out to the Deck al mirador frontal viewpoint and then along the Sendero de la base del Salto Encantado to the foot of the falls. The falls lie inside the Parque provincial Salto Encantado del Valle del Arroyo Cuñá Pirú, a protected area of 13,227 hectares in the Cainguás department of Misiones. The water drops about 64 m into a natural pool up to 3 m deep. Salto Encantado was the first waterfall in Misiones to be lit at night, and it is reached by the paved Ruta Provincial 220.
