Liqeni i Lepurit from Verri

Trail description

Liqeni i Lepurit, Rabbit Lake, is a small mountain lake above the village of Shëngjergj, about an hour's drive from Tirana over the Priska pass behind Mount Dajti. The walk climbs from the neighbouring village of Vërri on village paths and shepherd trails, passes through Shëngjergj and continues up to the lake, returning the same way. It is a relaxed day through farmland and hills that Tirana hiking groups often pair with the nearby Shëngjergj waterfall. Spring and autumn are the most pleasant seasons.
