Lekbibaj to Curraj i Epërm

Trail description

This red-marked trail runs from Lekbibaj, the gateway to the remote Nikaj-Mërtur valley, over a mountain pass and past waterfalls to Curraj i Epërm, a half-abandoned stone village reachable only on foot. It is about 14 km and takes a full day of around 6 hours. Walkers often arrive via the Lake Koman ferry and a transfer to Lekbibaj, then stay the night in Curraj, where an easy side path leads to the Lumi i Plans waterfalls. It is a summer and early autumn route.
