Trail description
A 0.7 km climb from the parking for the Pomongwe summit hike, near Maleme Dam, to the top of Pomongwe, one of the granite domes of Matobo National Park. Pomongwe Cave, near the dam, has yielded 39,032 stone tools in excavations, and the park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2003, holds over 3,000 registered rock art sites.
