Raven Crag from Thirlmere

Trail description

From the car park near the Thirlmere dam a forest path climbs steeply through the trees to Castle Crag Fort and on to the top of Raven Crag (461 m), a cliff with a view straight down Thirlmere. The walk is about 2.5 km out and back with 220 m of climbing.
