Paria Waterfall from Brasso Seco

Trail description

From Brasso Seco village this trail follows a dirt road along the ridge, then descends through forest on the Brasso Seco/Paria Trail toward Paria Bay on Trinidad's north coast; near the beach the Paria Waterfall Trail branches off to the falls and their pool. You must cross the Paria River to reach the falls, so check the weather first. The Hiking Association of Trinidad and Tobago rates the hike challenging, and the long climb back to Brasso Seco comes at the end.
