A 2.2 km climb from Saddle Hut, at about 3,500 m, on the summit route of Mount Meru to Rhino Point at about 3,800 m. Mount Meru, 4,562 m, is the centrepiece of Arusha National Park, and the Momella route from the east is the most common way up.
