Chukurak Lake from Artuch

Trail description

A short walk from the Artuch mountaineering camp in the Fann Mountains up a wooded path to Chukurak, a small lake among juniper and birch above the camp, and back. It is a good first outing to get used to the altitude of about 2,400 m before the bigger treks to the Kulikalon and Alauddin lakes.
