Trail description
A 1.9 km climb of about 420 m from Qingtian Temple on the edge of Beitou up through the forest to Xiangtian Pond, a small volcanic crater lake that fills only after heavy rain. The path is steep stone stairs most of the way. From the crater rim the view looks across the Taipei basin.
