Trail description

A 3.6 km climb of about 720 m from the north trailhead to the 1,062 m top of Lilongshan, the southernmost mid-altitude mountain in Taiwan, in Pingtung near Kenting. The trail is steep all the way, with ropes on the upper part through tropical forest. The summit looks over the Pacific, the Taiwan Strait and the Hengchun peninsula.
