Trail description

A 4.1 km climb of about 700 m from the Xitou nature education area to the 1,696 m top of Fenghuangshan, the highest point above the Xitou forest. The north ridge path is steep and rooty with ropes in places, through cedar plantations and mossy native forest. The summit gives views over Lugu and the Zhuoshui valley.
