Datunshan from Erziping (大屯山)

Trail description

A 5.4 km loop with about 330 m of climbing from Erziping on the Bailaka road, along the level Erziping trail to the ponds below Mount Miantian, then up past the west side of the Datun peaks to the 1,092 m main peak of Datunshan and down the summit stairs. The loop crosses open silver grass and dwarf bamboo on the volcanic hills of Yangmingshan. Wind and fog come in fast on the top.
