Trail description
A rainforest walk from the Parangiju mountain lodge in the hills behind Honiara to Tenaru Falls, a 63 m waterfall, with several river crossings, muddy stretches and some steep slippery sections. Allow 2 to 3 hours each way. Hiring a guide at the lodge is compulsory (about SBD 200 per person), and the last part of the road to the lodge needs a four-wheel drive.
