Sabotin from Solkan

Trail description

From Solkan the walk crosses the Soča and climbs Sabotin (609 m), a hill that was on the Isonzo front line in the First World War. Old trenches and caves cut by the armies lie along the path, and the ridge is part of a peace park on the Italian border.
