Edmund Forest Trail

Trail description

This short, nearly flat section is part of the Edmund Forest trail, which runs about 10 km from the ranger station above Fond St Jacques through the Quilesse Forest Reserve to the Des Cartiers trail, with footbridges over streams in rainforest and cloud forest where the Saint Lucia parrot lives. Access is by guide only, booked through the Forestry Department, with a fee paid at the ranger station. The access road needs a 4WD and rain is frequent.
