Trail description

A long ridge walk from the Muntele Mic resort south over open alpine pastures to Vârful Țarcu (2,190 m), the highest summit of the Țarcu mountains. The broad ridge has no shelter and no water, and the summit looks over the Retezat and the Godeanu mountains.
