Trail description

The classic route up Mount Makiling from the UP Los Banos campus, past the mud spring and Agila Base through rainforest to Peak 2 at about 1,110 m. About 17.5 km out and back with some 970 m of climbing on a muddy, leech-rich path. Register at the trailhead station; the trail closes in bad weather.
