Trail description

A 4.3 km climb of about 790 m from Cebollapampa in the Llanganuco valley up the steep moraine path to the Refugio Perú at 4,660 m, the base camp hut for Nevado Pisco, with views of Huascarán, Chopicalqui and the Llanganuco lakes. A Huascarán National Park ticket is required and the hut is staffed in the climbing season.
