Trail description
A 2.6 km hike along the Los Quetzales Trail in Volcán Barú National Park, passing by the Las Rocas Lookout to the Alto Respingo Lookout near Cerro Punta. Approximately 250 bird species have been recorded in the park, including the quetzal, the white-necked raven, and the black-vented hummingbird, as well as endemic species such as the black-throated wren and the yellow-rumped finch.
