Sendero El Pianista

Trail description

A 4 km ascent from Buenos Aires Avenue in Los Naranjos de Boquete via the El Pianista Trail, following a path alongside the Pianista River before entering a trail through the cloud forest, leading to the Mirador del Pianista at 1,866 m. Visit Panamá rates it as difficult, with an elevation gain of over 600 m. It is recommended to hike with a certified guide who knows the terrain well and to avoid the rainy season, when mud makes the path slippery.
