Trail description
A walk of about 3.9 km and 330 m from the Rama meadows above Astore up the track through pine forest to Rama Lake, at about 3,500 m below the east face of Nanga Parbat. The lake is fed by the Sachen glacier and the meadows are among the greenest in Gilgit-Baltistan.
