Trail description

A rainforest walk to Mount Bates, the highest point of Norfolk Island, in the national park. Quiet roads and forest tracks lead up past the lookout on Mount Pitt, then the Summit Track runs along the ridge to the top of Mount Bates. Endemic Norfolk pines, tree ferns and views over the Pacific line the way.
