Cascada San Ramón, Ometepe

Trail description

A walk from the village of San Ramón on the south side of Volcán Maderas on Ometepe, up an access road and then a forest trail to the 80 m San Ramón waterfall. Allow about 3 to 4 hours for the return trip. The fall is best in the rainy season and can carry little water in the dry months, so ask locally before going.
