From the car park near Anisakan village, about 9 km south of Pyin Oo Lwin, a marked path winds down the steep side of the canyon to the three-step Dat Taw Gyaint waterfall and the pool and small pagoda at its foot. The walk down takes about 40 minutes, and the return is all uphill.
