Trail description

An 11.1 km climb from Belambo camp in Andringitra National Park, past the Natural Pool camp, to the summit of Pic Boby, or Imarivolanitra, at 2,658 m the second-highest mountain in Madagascar. The park's granite massif rises from about 700 m to the summit, and its ring-tailed lemurs have notably thicker fur than those elsewhere on the island. Andringitra is part of the Rainforests of the Atsinanana World Heritage Site.
