Lac Vert Ankarana

Trail description

A 6.8 km walk on the path across Ankarana Special Reserve to the viewpoint over Lac Vert, the green lake, among the reserve's tsingy, razor-sharp limestone whose name means where one cannot walk barefoot. The 182 km² reserve, 108 km south-west of Antsiranana, shelters crowned lemurs and Sanford's brown lemurs.
