Trail description
The Karmazinai trail in Neris Regional Park, about 20 km northwest of Vilnius, follows forest tracks with no boardwalks or paving, and this mapped section covers 3.3 km. It passes the Karmazinai barrow cemetery, the largest around Vilnius, with about a hundred mounds raised some 1500 years ago, three of them reconstructed in 1997, and runs 1.5 km along the Neris.
