Trail description
A 6.2 km climb of about 680 m from the Beopjusa ticket office past the great temple of Beopjusa and up through the forest to Cheonwangbong, at 1,058 m the highest peak of Songnisan. The first part follows the paved temple road to Sesimjeong before the path climbs steeply to the ridge. Most walkers return along the ridge by Munjangdae.
