Trail description
Ballaglass Glen is a 6.4 hectare Manx National Glen in Maughold, south of Ramsey, where the Cornaa river winds through a deep channel cut in grey slate flagstone under oak, beech, larch and pine. The path follows the river past the stone buildings of the short-lived Great Mona Mining Company (1850s and 1860s) and the remains of a corn mill and a flax mill, ending at the Ballaglass Glen halt on the Manx Electric Railway.
