Lugnaquilla from Glenmalure

Trail description

A 6.6 km climb of about 760 m from Baravore in Glenmalure up the Fraughan Rock Glen to Lugnaquilla (925 m), the highest mountain in Wicklow and Leinster. The route climbs past the waterfalls of the glen onto the broad summit plateau, where navigation in mist needs care because steep corries drop on two sides.
