Trail description
A long climb of about 12.7 km and 2,080 m from the first station of the Tochal gondola at Velenjak, in north Tehran, to the summit of Tochal at nearly 4,000 m. It follows the track and paths beside the gondola line past Station 5 to the top, the classic one-day test for Tehran walkers; the gondola is an easy way back down.
