Trail description

The Luk Wu Country Trail leaves the end of Sai Wan Road beside High Island Reservoir, the largest in Hong Kong by capacity, and climbs through woods to Sheung Luk Stream and the stone walls of the old Luk Wu Village before ending on Pak Tam Road. The 5.2 km route gains about 352 m, with views of Tai Long Wan, Chek Keng Hau, Wan Tsai Peninsula and Tap Mun.
