The trail from Abaca village climbs through Koroyanitu National Heritage Park towards Mt Batilamu, ending at the Mt Batilamu Lodge trekking hut below the summit; the ascent takes about 2 to 3 hours. A park entry fee is paid and a guide can be arranged at the Abaca village visitor centre.
