Gjógv to Ambadalur (Eysturoy)

Trail description

A climb of about 2 km and 350 m from the village of Gjógv, at the north end of Eysturoy, up the path above the famous gorge harbour to the edge of Ambadalur, a green hanging valley above the sea cliffs. The views reach across to Kalsoy and Kunoy; the path is steep and slippery in the wet.
