Playa El Obispo is located near Puerto de La Libertad, facing the boardwalk and the pier. The hike starts from Rio Chilama, passes through Playa La Paz, and continues along the boardwalk past seafood restaurants until El Obispo. It is one of the closest and most accessible beaches from the capital.
