Trail description
A short but very high walk on Chimborazo from the first refuge (Carrel, about 4800 m) up to the Whymper refuge at about 5000 m and on to the very small lake at about 5100 m. Visitors are not allowed to go further without a guide. The park entrance is free but you must register.
