Syndicate Nature Trail

Trail description

This easy 1.1 km loop starts at the Syndicate Visitor Centre in Morne Diablotin National Park and was built in 1993 by the Forestry, Wildlife and Parks Division through a parrot preserve. It follows the Picard River gorge, with overlooks for spotting Dominica's two endemic, endangered parrots, the Sisserou and the Jaco, best seen around sunrise and sunset. A Site Pass is required.
