Boeri Lake Trail

Trail description

This trail starts at the end of the road past Freshwater Lake in Morne Trois Pitons National Park and runs 1.2 km through montane forest of tree ferns and cabbage palms to Boeri Lake, Dominica's highest lake at about 870 m. The walk takes 45 minutes to an hour one way, with views toward the Atlantic coast and Freshwater Lake. The boulders around the shore are extremely slippery, especially in the dry season.
