Trail description
A 1.7 km hike along the Las Vegas Trail, alongside the Vegas Grandes River and some caves, leading to the Salto de Vegas Grandes waterfall and its viewpoint in Topes de Collantes. The natural park, situated at an altitude of about 800 m and approximately 20 km from Trinidad, covers 110 km² with numerous caves, rivers, waterfalls, and cascades. The Vegas Grandes trail includes a section with a slope of about 45 degrees, making it demanding.
