Salto de Tahamí Sucre Olaya

Trail description

This excursion starts from Sucre Park, in the Olaya district in western Antioquia, located across the Cauca River from Santa Fe de Antioquia. A bridle path followed by a trail leads along La Tahamí stream up to the Salto de Tahamí waterfall. The area features tropical dry forest and a warm climate, making the waterfall a perfect spot to cool off at the end of the hike. Groups arriving from the Puente de Occidente often meet in Sucre to make the ascent to the waterfall together.
