Salt Water Pond Trail (Cayman Brac)

Trail description

This path on the west end of Cayman Brac follows part of the Salt Water Pond Walk, a cross-island trail between White Bay on the north coast and the south coast that runs beside Rebecca's Cave, a historic hurricane shelter. Salt Water Pond is a bird sanctuary with a Least Tern colony from April to August. The island's nature guide describes the trail as very rough and only suitable for experienced hikers.
