Mont Batchingou

Trail description

A 3.1 km climb on the mountain path from the Batchingou chiefdom to the top of Mont Batchingou, at 2,097 m, in the Ndé department of Cameroon's West Region, about 17 km from Bangangté. The chiefdom, a monarchy since the 16th century, has relief so varied, with plains, plateaus, valleys, waterfalls and caves, that it is described as the West Region in miniature.
